i think that trying to make dupe accounts is against fst rules, maybe you should report him.

I heard at what.cd its 5 accounts per user per lifetime ... and i think many users here are on number 3.
Pone44 - I went on the IRC (when i lost the account) they said they wont reinstate my account because of what my inviter did, but a mod did tell me that despite his hands being tied, if I was to be invited under a different IP there would be no issues. My IP has changed and its been about two months since I had the TL account. Oh and id like to add that I was a good user with a 2+ ratio and a poweruser rank.
For those of you who dont know, YES I used to have a TL account. However I lost that account (NO I did not trade it away) due to some irresponsible things my inviter was doing with his invites, and so along with disabling him, they also disabled his tree.

You did you tell us this on your 1st-2nd how ever many requests you made for tl after your account was banned.
Your invitee cheated or made a trade? What happened and how long ago?
