Holy crap thank you for posting this. I posted something like this only a week or 2 ago and got "cut up" and called a faggot, etc. for even suggesting the idea. Thank God a mod posts about it and is flame-proof. The pure reason of torrenting in the first place is "sharing", and typically sharing implies generosity and cooperation.

It gets pretty primal in here. 2 people want the same thing and are willing to step on each other's heads to get to the top.

The problem is that many fanatic people here have become a part of self-employed bittorrent police. Everyone is fighting over who deserves an invite or who does not. People cracking up the history of requesters (or shall I say beggars), flaming each other, trying to build a reputation. The problem is that people take this BT way too seriously. The bottom line is bittorrent (trackers) is just a filesharing method which is used to supplement our life in a way. Find someone in real life to bash up. Leave the poor FST folks. It is a completely different thing if you are the one planning to invite someone and find that the person doesn't deserve an invite, but that is not the case here.
