Been on vigin for years now, and i does what it says on the tin. Most I know who use other ISP's have a lot more grief, slower broadband and pay more.

Pish. I spoke to the customer services and they admitted the service was pish in London. They also admitted that it doesn't do what it says on the tin.

Everything they sell you is a lie. Everything they tell you is pish.

For the love of sweet little 10lb baby Jesus. Stay away from them,

It might help if you say exactly what your problem is rather than just slagging them off.

Where I live I get 20Mb and unlimited downloads, sometimes it even goes up to 25Mb and I have to say that customer service is really very good indeed and all for £25.
