Internet Connection Sharing Problem

hi
i have 2 pc's at home joined with network card
the file transfer works fine but i cant share my internet connection
when i right click on my internet connection and go to properties then advanced and "allow other network usrrs to connect ......" and then when i press "ok" i get this message
Cannot enable shared acces.

Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified.

any 1 knows how to fix it ???
plz any ideas
