Will all of you "Kazaa dies" ppl either STFU or ask an admin to ban you from this forum!
All of us here are here because we love Kazaa Lite K++, and we dun bother listenin to you whinin SOB's.
Here is a great workin filesharin comb:
For smaller proggies: KLK++ (no worry if corrupted)
For bigger proggies: eMule (to avoid corrupted at least)
For cracks eMule (lesser virus, not had one)
    For movies:
a ) (Sharereactor) eMule then share on KLK++
    b ) KLK++ (great speeds)

Thats basically all I dl. So you see eMule and KLK++ can live in perfect harmony (until KLK++ get built-in corruption fixer and better hashes, then its byebye eMule )
Sage goes in the signature field.

I am entitled to the right to post whatever I want, as long as it's not offensive, vulgar, or racist.

Stop responding to EVERY thread. You get status on this forum not by how many posts you've made, but the QUALITY of the post.

You don't have a brain in that head, do you?

After years of contribution to the file sharing community, I think I have the right to criticize what I want to criticize. If you don't like it, YOU LEAVE. All you do is follow me and harass me because I'm smarter than you'll ever be.

Give it a rest you loser.

Most of the files on FTN are pornographic(not a bad thing).

But when it comes to count QUALITY downloads, such as DVDrips, telesyncs, high quality MP3s, and good, uncorrupted software, that number only hits 300 mil files.

.....Lets face it, Kazaa is dead. Everyone is running for their lives because of the RIAA.....Why not teach people how to use BitTorrent, which has the potential to beat Kazaa in both bandwidth and sharing issues, if we have enough users.
Using torrent provides us with just as much sharing and downloading opportunity, but at the center of security, because there are no centralized servers to monitor your IP.....[QUOTE]

BT is the most unsecure p2p there is.

You guys all take it into context. You think I want to give up on FTN?

    Hell no!

It's by far the fastest and most reliable P2P network around, but the problem is everyone ran into a corner and hid cuz of this stupid RIAA shit. I can't find any supernodes in Cali, so it's become a pain to find a good reliable node.

This thread isn't to bash Kazaa, it's still awesome, but possibly to get people to come up with a resolution? Such as dumping everything you get from FTP, newsgroups, IRC, BT, Edonkey/Emule, and whatnot onto Kazaa to create a plethora of files.

I'm not flaming Kazaa, just making people realize there are alternatives that could become available and turn into a more vast network of sharing GOOD files. I was browsing this guy's list of shared files and all he had were 50,000 text documents. Thats what I mean by getting quality files, not just extra bullshit we dont need to sift through.

cowers into a corner as he gets flamed more

Is it really? Because I looked at the source code and compared it to Kazaa, the algorithm kills.

But I don't know, maybe you're a professional programmer too?

Of course not, you're just basing it on downloads. That's not personal experience.

Kazaa is not dead. It is still the best P2P and mostly the only peeps running from RIAA is Noobs and they probably have that many files anyway. All that G-Zip shit fuck that Kazaa is fine the way it is.
Kazaa isn't dead to us, but it is to the RIAA, MPAA, and every other organization that's been fighting to get rid of it.

    Fuck all the g-zip shit?

Maybe you should take a look at the g-zip source and see what exactly it is before you knock it.

G-zip is high bitrate compression, able to be used by ANY protocol with the g-zip method added onto it.

Which means videos, audio, and data would be compressed to 40-50% of it's size.

If I have to simplify that even more for you:

This means you get your files faster!

For example, a DVDrip in AVI format, around 700mb, could be compressed to around 350mb, the size of a telesync movie.

The sources of the files in BT are not hidden in any way unlike the FTN.
