what i notice from mods,they're really active persons on forums and visiting forum nearly every hours and have
btw I think this depend what mode you have and you need to be helpfull without wait anything in return...
Spoiler: Showlemme tell something about it,short time ago i was giving away one of HD tracker on one of other tracker and i gave out nearly 50 but i notice no one thanked me and i saw ppl banned like rain(low ratio,inactivity,never visit tracker after sign up)(i know i sent pms who have low ratio for help but they dont care,they know better and banned!) and half of it remain and i said my self what i am doingi am inviting ppl without any waiting but they dont care about it and i looked for 3 months for this tracker when i was new on bittorrent
i am not mod on this tracker or any staff member i am just a regular member who getting invites with upload and said f*ck off all new ones and stopped to give away...
