    another page of p2p history is being made right now. This most probably will be notice world wide by the media, spreading a perspective that who uses bitorrent is in danger of being caught by police unless they stop.

    each countries have theirs laws. However in European Union countries is not that simple. I have read that a new law of INTERNET is going to be discussed in the EU Parliament and for what it seems, is to restrict free use of her.

    Instead of shutting down completely, wouldn't it be better to move the server to a different location, provided that all of those trackers are hosted in Sweden, of course?

    I do understand the concerns of their staff though, it's their arse on the line after all. I just think it's a pity that the lobby groups are getting exactly what they wanted, after this ridiculous first (not final!) verdict in the TPB case.

    shipwreck, i am sure that they are thinking what you are telling,move server to an another location.just give them time.they are in a serious situation.they are acting that how it should be

    I see, thank you for the info. I am not on any of those trackers, so it does not concern me directly. However, I just hate to see trackers being closed / shut down, and the lobby groups 'winning' as a consequence.

    Absolutly agree with you, about hating.
    They couldn'tbuy their fifth yath, one not enough second island, maybe another chateau, etc...
