A semi-new mp3 chan is #mp3.spam. This chan has bots that fill new mp3 pres, also you can req releases like on #a.b.sounds.mp3.complete_cd. The sister chan is #a.b.inner-sanctum which has bots too and is for 0day warez.

Depends on the channel, usually it's:
-addreq part <fc> <release.title> <fnames>
