I've tried overclocking my Q6600 to 3.0ghz with:
FSB Mem: Unlinked
FSB Mem Ratio: Auto
FSB QDR: 1333
Multi: X9
Mem: 800
Vcore: 1.325v
Dram: 1.9
ht: 1.3
nb: 1.3
sb: 1.5
The system runs perfectly for awhile until I get a random restart with no BSOD. These can occur between half an hour and a couple of days. My temperatures are ok, with Everest reporting the CPU to be at 22 degrees when idle.
Any ideas? If not, could anyone suggest what settings to use to achieve a lower clock, like 2.8ghz?
I've heard the CPU and board should work well when OCing, and I originally got the system overclocked from my dealer who ran it through a 24 hour stress test with no problems.
I've been using stock lately and have tried overclocking again myself to see if I can get any luck.
