Keep your signature in old sanskrit please.
In softmp3, when they banned countries, they let us good old users to access.
If you ask me, the staff don't have a clue on how antipiracy groups work and how the things work in the rest of the world. All of the ap groups are located in countries that the site allows (first world countries) and in third world countries, autorities are more concerned with real piracy (tons and tons of hard copies being sold on the streets for dimes), so internet piracy is not a priority, not to mention that there is not enough resources (or will, or legislation, or ...) to monitor and prosecute p2p activities.
It's such a joke that OP's are more concerned with connections from my country (MX) (we are years behind in internet access, technology and legislation), than of nordic ones, where there is the will, the resources and the precedents to take them down.
