you mean not full screen?
I don't understand, is it not a full screen
did it give you a warning at startup? did you tell it to start in safe mode, not sure but maybe that puts it in a window instead of full screen.
tryed to reboot and try it?
try uninstall and install then reboot and try it

im not sure but i think

you click on the icon thats on ur desktop for halo

and then u know wehre it says target after the "blhablhalbahblk" -windows do that
i think tahts it cuz my friend did it before bu ti dont remember try it

Right click the shortcut to the game, select properties, and add "-window" so it look's like this...

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\halo.exe -window

gotta add the -window after the "" marks.

i.e. "c:/programfiles/micro$softgames/halo.exe" -window

or maybe -w or -something, there is a way to do it.
