Looking for a seedbox?!?!?!

i was thinking of trying out a seedbox to see how i like it. can anyone suggest a good seedbox around the $10 mark? im looking more for upload speed to increase my ratio. i live in canada and use a mac (transmission)

also for my own eduction on seedboxes, when a seedbox states that its space is 10gb...does it act just like a 10gb harddrive? that means i can only store 10gb worth of stuff?
and when they say # of active torrents: does that mean i can only dl that many torrents at a time? and then i have to wait till its done dling b4 i can dl more? or does that mean i can only have that many torrents running (leechign and seeding)?
