It sounds like your ISP's DNS severs are out of whack (as was already stated). If you used open DNS this wouldn't happen http://www.opendns.com/

Just tried to access from my friend's PC - same result.
It never happened to me with any other trackers.
Since it is happening to others as well, maybe something will happened. I hope someone can ask this from Cheggit forum...Please...
I was able to login to Cheggit and found this posted by admins:
We had DNS issues this morning which have already been corrected. Your computer and/or ISP may still be storing the incorrect IPs. The solutions:
1) Wait. The problem will correct itself eventually.
2) Reboot your computer to erase the bad DNS info and reload it from the net.
3) Open a command prompt and enter "ipconfig /flushdns" to erase the bad DNS info and reload it from the net.

There was a message in their RSS feed, something about DNS, but I can't visit the page to read the post. My guess: They accidentally let their domain lapse, have now reclaimed it, and it's taking time to propagate over the DNS network (this can take up to a couple of days) - hence why some people are seeing it and some aren't. Give it another 24 hours, bet you'll find it.
All what all of us needed was an answer - we got it. Time is the best doctor, o.k. As long as this is the issue that is o.k
Issue closed I hope.
P.S. I am able to login to site time to time. There are many people who experiencing same problem. I wonder if I have to delete all old torrents in UT?
