Diskeeper And Perfect Disk Error

i posted this before, but now diskeeper 8 is getting screwy again. every time i open it, it shows tis box that says either another case of diskeeper is running, or the harddrive is not connecting, or something like that. i fixed the prob in perfectdisk when i posted something like this before. but at least pfd started, diskeeper just exits, and i can't even go in. wtf?!? every time i want to use it, i have to reinstall the prog. is there something wrong with my comp?

Have you uninstalled perfect disc, or are both tools installed? It may be the case that they're conflicting with each other? Probably a good idea to uninstall both, remove traces from your registry (i recommend jv16 power tools), before reinstalling one instance of defrag tool. In my opinion, diskeeper is the better of the two.

this happened on my old comp. on my new comp, i only have diskeeper, and it screws up
