hey guys, I wasn't sure if this was the right place to post this, but I was wondering if ISPs can see the amount data you've downloaded from usenet, or if it's cloaked

Obviously they can see how much you've downloaded.
But if you have SSL they don't know what it is..

your home rotuer knows how much you upload/download...
think of your ISP as a remote router...

a lot of ISPs have caps, so you can be assured that they can track how much you use.
