Win Xp Themes

im trying to make my xp look better but all the themes i find all seem to need a program to run them why is this?? (programs like stylexp and windowblinds)
does this mean i need one for all themes ??

yeah, style xp is the best and its kinda simple to use

Yes you can change your themes without a program.

if you have a tweak program you can do it or just install the theme and pick it from properites

Try the patch at lightstar it is easy and does just what you want .You can get it Here .They also have a bunth of free themes . Just download and install...
