thursday i got critical update at 4pm uk time. its now friday and at 2.15am i read my emails and saw that critical update there.

A lot of newsgroups are full of this crap, too. Just some a$$holes praying on people's fear and ignorance. You should only install security patches if you've downloaded them from Microsoft's website.
