    @ abu. If you round them yourself you will mess up the sheilding for the ATA100 rating.

    how? there are many guides about how to do it? i'm only cutting in between the edges. how does that damage anything?

    lol, sure. but do u ahve a cable that&#39;ll reach the lenght of 7 cd rom drives stacked up? the the length is the length between the 2 connectors, not the whole thing. could be a pain

    actually, if i were to format my master drive and reinstall a os, do i get to select which drive to format if i have 2 drives in the pc? if this is true, i guess i don&#39;t really have to have the hd rack
