Roxio's Audio Central from their EZCD DVD Creator 6.
It has the option to rip from 32kbps to 320kbps and a choice of formats as well (.mp3, .ogg, .wav, and .wma).
I tried a few until somebody recommended dBpowerAMP, and i've used it ever since.
Exact Audio Copy with the LAME encoder.

dbpoweramp is easy to set up and use, it uses LAME encoding, and its FREE!!!!!(so i gotta agree w/3rd gen and smooch)

i use musicmatch jukebox. it lets you encode to mp3 pro 96k. plus i paid for it, so its only right that i use itit works nice, and its fast.
