I agree with you there, that jpg files themselves are harmless. Well....actually, there ARE progs that let you imbed other files inside of like jpg, bmp, wav, and a few other formats, but those are encryption algorythms, and you have to have a copy of the program on your system, as well as the password to the file itself. Not that this is relevant...just sharing info.

my main point was that yeah, ya do load up the page that the jpg sits on, and in so doing, run the risk of loading up the scripts inbedded in the page.
