I have several, but run k-lite the most
eMule, DC++, and K-Lite.

Pretty much in that order by downloaded bytes

depeding one what I'm doing, but dc++ and bt first, last k-lite and emule.
I Use Kazaa Lite for single files here and there and I use Shadows Expiramental client for Bittorent for everything else.
Music - Soulseek
Apps - eMule
Movies (New) - BitTorrent
Movies (Not so New) - eMule and K-Lite
It depends on what I want.
Music: Kazaa Lite
Everything Else: eMule LSD
However, I'm testing other options, such as Shareaza and I'll try other BitTorrent clients. I've just installed DCC++ and will check it out.
The Torrent protocol seems to be quite nice but finding those .torrent files is not actually easy.
