It's not worth the shipping costs. I can find new replacement fans for under $5.

i checked his profile and he less than 40miles from me so postage would be minimal, i only offered coz at psu's are hard to come by and i got a 200watt one which is old but perfect working, but it no odds to me either way .

my PSU is kinda a relic, the one that came with my current machine exploded, so i just took the one from my old, old, old, old 486 machine - but it works fine, apart from that drilling noise its pumping out
whoops, happened a while ago so i forgot what actually happened - just the fan exploded, so i (my dad actually, lazy me) just jerry-rigged the 486 fan onto the not so ancient PSU
thanks to Virtualbody1234 for the video which jogged my memory, and has convinced me to just replace the fan - i'm planning building a new system anyway so there's no need to future-proof
