Kvcd is a modification to Gop strutures and matrixes to allow 120 mins or more to be put on a single disc at DVD quality.Originally posted by bossyboy@11 November 2003 - 03:39

Their was no Mpg files in any of the folders.....
I got the movie from suprnova.org... the movie is The Rundown, also got secondhand lions and Matrix 3 and all of them are KVCD! WHat the hell is KVCD I have both the programs and I am a biginner... bad speller but usually can work two simple programs...
So maybe I have just burned them wrong or something else...

now if he had a mod chip he might be able to play some vcd's but unsure of the bitrates that ps2 support, I remember them being picky when I read about a program that streams movies to your ps2 via a lan conection
Hey thanks guys!!
I can now see how they work!
Is their anyway to change them to AVI or MPG files??
If so that would be great.
Bossyboy
all vcd's are already mpeg
you can use vcdgear to pull out the mpeg on the vcd (or svcd)
if you want to encode it to avi, you need to get virtual dub and encode it
Thanks muchspl2
Got it now! Will tr to do it tonight!
Thanks again!
