I couldn't care less about the secrecy but I believe that you should always be polite to your host.
To elucidateif I am a guest somewhere and my host,through some odd quirk, asks me to refrain from saying the word banana then it's pretty douchey for the next thng out of my mouth to be banana.
On the other hand seeing as filesharing sites are engaged in (more or less) illegal activities it's sort of stupid to expect people to adhere to rules for their crimes.
