Back and they were down for security reasons. Probably will see lots of trackers have short downtimes for security reasons due to how easy What folded.

They were on a countdown to death, but even then the announcement said they'd be up until the 30th.

Donations are closed. We had about two months' worth of buffer, and this is allowing us to keep the servers on for a small extra period of time.
The web site will stay up until November 30 of this year, so that you have a month to download all the .torrent files you want.
The tracker will remain running for an additional month, to December 31, so you will be able to keep adding your downloaded .torrent files into your client and finish the data downloads. And even after Dec 31, if you leave your clients running, they will still be able to see the peers that they know about, and may still complete downloads.

Think HDArea said end of month closure but seems they have died for good early too.

edit: Nope, spoke too soon and they are back up. Still closing at end of month though.
