You made your part clear enough in your previous posts already. But don't forget no one wants to risk with their account inviting previously banned member. And you are in no position to assure anyting since you don't make any decisions at what.cd thus your promises does not matter. You would have little more chances if you were a regular here but with your current activity and posting areas/habits I wouldn't hope for much help.
