A great way to get people to contribute is to call them liars for on topic opinion posts. Makes it really easy to stop posting after the 2 post minimum is complete.

Plenty active in other communities, no time for more.
Interesting idea with the two post minimum thing though, even if only every 100th person sticks around it will still benefit the community activity.
