You can rationalise anything based simply on "someone else would do it anyway" ?

Good point, however paying taxes is not an optional thing, taking a job is.

Someone can pay their taxes and also take positive steps to stop the Government using the money in ways they feel appropriate. They can lobby their MP, vote for someone who agrees with their position, demonstrate publicly etc, etc ....

Good point, however paying taxes is not an optional thing, taking a job is.

you do need a job if you want money, and you can go home with a clear concience knowing whether or not you helped make the bomb doesnt affect what happens to it.

Its a bit late to start thinking of morals in my humble opinion. Go for it and use your education to change from within the system
