Or, NZBVortex. Nice and light client, however I have never got it to work with CP or NZBDrone properly... If you don't plan to use those then it is a fantastic app.

unison is the most complete client in my opinion . It has a nice interface too

you can also try usenet online nzb downloading tool nzblord, used them some ago on my mac. but you will not get with them the same speed as with installed newsreader.

I agree on Unison. However, finding that I am using http://sabnzbd.org/download/ more and more each day.
