I'd invite you if I could (apparently I have "infinite" invites) but as long as BTN keeps that rule in place that only the highest user class can send them out I can't do squat.

Have you checked the PU forums of any trackers you might be on? I think BTN has quite a few recruitment threads on other trackers.

Otherwise you could wait until I download a couple terabytes worth of television shows.

Given that BTN doesn't have any porn that might take a while.

Sadly, I've found that the sort of place that gives away invites in the exclusive PU sections, require a great amount of ridiculous downloading/uploading of stuff that one would either never want to watch, or (more usually) one could never physically watch in 25 lifetimes. And, yeah, I know What offers a section (or was it Waffles...), but I don't intend to download a bunch of music I won't listen to, either.

This kinda detracts from the whole stated goal of no-hassles downloading...

Sadly, I've found that the sort of place that gives away invites in the exclusive PU sections, require a great amount of ridiculous downloading/uploading of stuff that one would either never want to watch, or (more usually) one could never physically watch in 25 lifetimes. And, yeah, I know What offers a section (or was it Waffles...), but I don't intend to download a bunch of music I won't listen to, either.

That's because most torrent staff are children or at least have the mentality of children and so are blind to the fact that someone could be a good,honest member and not be mirror images of themselves.

It's of note that BTN thinks the highest reward in a contest is a seedbox.

I'm perfectly fine with never being a "Power User" on What or a "Guru" on BTN but isn't it more than a little country club Nazi to deny a huge portion of the people who support your site certain perks "because."

In fairness to the wisdom of youth, they have seen fit to grant "infinite" invites to good members such as Rart. It's kinda like your parents putting all of your Christmas money into savings that you never get to spend.

Eh. I dont really "try" to get PU on any sites either but there are still a couple of sites I've gotten PU at coincidentally anyway. I got PU at TL fairly easily when it was the only private tracker I knew about for quite a while. Getting PU on game trackers was also fairly easy as well due to the size of the files. I guess it depends on the site. I would never get PU on What/Waffles (or download anything at all really) since I just use Spotify.

I'm a PU on several of my sites. I was referring to the ones with the super special PU forums which require blood sacrifice to get to. Those, I never go out of my way for.

Maybe if someone I know knows someone on staff and/or someone who has seeded the heck out of BTN, they could put us in contact. I wouldn't be the worst invitee they ever came across. Apparently someone invited Dion, right...
