    I've had win7, too many problems in the heterogeneious environment of my network (windows/linux/nas) that ms could never solve. Vista has probs but MS and I know what they are and have simple work arounds that win7 can't figure out, so I'm stuck with that until win10(!).

    That's funny I would luv to keep windows xp on my pc, and my pc board and cpu chip only recommends to go no higher than Vista (for drivers of course). I installed vista on my pc and it slowed up everything so bad I just bumped to windows 7 and I found it very similar to xp in speed , so I stuck with it.
