true. but i've met many customer service guys who tell me to do something that takes 2 hrs, when the prob could be fixed by clicking 1 button. and i've met cus service people who go on to explain everything about a computer when all i want to know will take 1 minute to explain. some just tell u completely irrelevant or incorect info, and get their customers all confused.
