dude i agree whats the point of putting a video file in .rar/tar format but where the hell am i going to find an IRC channel that doesnt do that?

you need to find the channel you got it in and ask them, just don't spam ask a % or a @ for the chat channel, then ask in there
your the one that will have to be proactive in finding it, not many people here like irc or even yet have that spacific file for you
