The on-access scanner, deep scanner or whatever are only useful if the anti-virus software can identitfy it as a virus. This system32.exe was not picked up by my virus scanner or that of hundreds, if not thousands of other people who have downloaded dap 6.0 and 6.3.
Virus scanners can only identifiy it as a virus once the defnitions have been updated (which has happened today in my case). Sophisticated viruses nowadays act as any other software, they don't do anything that would identify it as an obvious virus and just hide within the normal windows processes.
Those people who are computer novices get exloited by these kind of viruses, thats why i posted this thread to warn them not to download DAP 6.3.
DAP is a very common used by about 38 million people, so has a great infection possibilities
