Thats what I get when I click on download groups, below the last one all other groups show 0 posts

it seems like the newsserver you're trying to download from doesn't carry a lot of binary groups

if you're not getting a the header list, chances are the server doesn't carry those groups

there's nothing you can do about that, except for trying to get a better server, sorry

That one is the one from my ISP

I suppose there arent any good free servers, the one posted earlier in this thread always give me permission denied

it.comp.musica.mp3 scambi isn't going to give you any music. Only groups with the word binaries have music,movies,programs. There aren't any decent free servers left anymore. There's going to be a p2p program called Gnewsgroups soon which might help.

As you can see at the first screenshot this group was one of a few that showed any messages at all
