people can recover from seeing porn more than hearing racial comments about their race

which was nice to know...but what about racial comments about their preferred brand of breakfast drink?

Seems like you don't get my point

I said: IF it is illegal THEN we will get rid of it. I also said that I am not a lawyer and that we did already consult one to KNOW if there is a problem or not.

Attacking you was never my intention. I think you have done a great job in a difficult time of transition.

I agree that text is not illegal but we already received letters with complaints. ........

We are not against it but if it causes trouble we have to get rid of it because it makes no sense to run and run and run instead to offer a rock solid info / help community

You appear to be agreeing that while hashes are not illegal they may be ruled out based on complaints you have received. If I misunderstood, then I apologize.
