    Abu,
Either VB is correct and your previously reported "load" temps were bogus, OR during game play your video card is cooking and warming your whole case up.
BTW, while you are getting chip temps of 50c and board temps of 40c...what is your case ambient? I would guess it would have to be somewhere in the upper 30's.

So with speed fan 4.09 can I monitor the temps of my mobo, cpu, and gpu? Also can I change the speed at which the fans run at?

I don't think you can monitor your graphics card, Dawg.
Yes, you can alter the speed of you HS fan with SpeedFan.

The only fans that SpeedFan can adjust ( or even see for that matter) are fans that are plugged into headers on your motherboard.
Any others you will have to come up with a separate fan speed (baybus) controller.
I've actually had two different ones installed, along with several complicated switching/voltage arrangements. All gone now. I just run 'em all at 5v and let it go.

u can monitor ur gpu temp buy adding a temp prob that either leads to ur mobo or a display device. i have a temp display thing in my 5.25" bay, and the probe is in the fins of my radeon's hs. works great

If its in the fins then its not really the correct temperature...is it? Would it just be like one wire with a probe thing and then from the temp sensor i would plug it right into my mobo?
