    Your not actually going to plug the dead card into the PCI slot adjacent to it are you? That might put a bit more stress than needed on the board.

    if i make a brace, all the weight will be placed on the case wall. if i do the pci card thing, will it screw up my comp if it picks up a pci card with a hole in the middle?

    Lol yeah maybe we could just cut the PCI connector off and leave everything else sept make a whole for it. Then we can screw it into the back of the case where all the cards go...that way it wont have ANY weight on the mobo. I will be using an 80mm fan for mine...if i do it.

    exactly wat i was thinking. but if i use a pci card, i have to cut out all the stuff that goes into the mobo. the only thing i'm worried bout is if the brace or the pci card will hold the weight of a 90mm or a 120 mm case fa

    when you connect it to the back of the case with the screw ya know...that will diffinently hold it..there not that heavy and thats plenty of support I would say.

    another prob would be the vibration of the fan. will that cause any probs?

    How will you fit a square fan into a circular area?? Do you unscrew one of the sides or what?

    the 4 corners need somewhere to screw in the screws. if u look at a computer case, all the fan holes are square, with a circle for the fan blades to push air
