Okay,
Go to Start/Settings/Control Panel/ and find the system icon.
Click it and click the Hardware Tab..
Find CDROM in the list, click the + sign and i think you have 2 cdrom players? 1 is a DVD Player... click and find the Properties
for both of them to make shure!
Try that first!

Sorry i don't understand your question!
Use it on what? I just send you a link where you can download the Region crack...
What do these (Q): WinDVD 4.5 Plat (i have this installed already and accessed it using keymaker)
PowerDVD
Cinemaster
have to do with that?
This patch just patches your region... so your DVD player doesn't NAg about a region 1, 2 3, or whatever region anymore!
Okay?
