    Yes, that&#39;s exactly what I mean. You can rip songs and save them to your Xbox hard drive, but the Thompson drive won&#39;t read from a CD-R, while the Samsung will&#33;

    Send the Xbox back to Microsoft and say the drive is locking up and not working.

    With luck, they&#39;ll send you a new/reconditioned Xbox, maybe with a better drive
