Dam u blizzard with all their high tec anti-warez shiznic, i dont think there has been a blizzard game yet that you could download and play to its full extent.

yep blizzard announced no PC version will be out... so might as well pick it up for xbox, for the graphics and prettty much the closest console to a PC
