that depends, why don't you try to install gator (or whatever they call it) and look into the user aggreement, by clicking yes(which most poeple do with no troubles) it says that you agree to have certian things happen on yur computer to help gator fubnction it is said.. like gather personal information, embed itself into the sys so that it is more "secure" ... progs with gator in it woith out sayingf it is there actually do say it is there on that part... gotta be more aware guys...
