    are there any programs to speed up CPU fans??

    i got a brand new heatsink and fan and i want to try to see how fast i can get my old stock fan...

    doesnt the cpu fan have to have some kind of variable on it so it can be changed manually???

    try SPEEDFAN its a good program search google for it. It doesnt work on all motherboards (mine one of the ones that dont) btu i still use to it to tell me the temp of my cpu and motherboard.
