how do you post up pictures from paint into forums and like wen people post up pictures of there desktop how do you do that

Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. Whatever is on your screen will be copied to your clipboard. Then simply paste it into your favorite imaging program, MS Paint, Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, whatever.

Well if you used MS Paint, it has to be a .bmp (I'm pretty sure, someone correct me if I'm wrong). Download and use Photoshop or Paintshop Pro, or some kind of image converting program, to make it a .jpeg file. You can still upload a bitmap (.bmp), but bitmaps are very big and annoying in size.
