    dude are u sure that 22MB isnt the lan or something, not the actual internet speed
    i doubt the internet speed would be exactly 22MB, but if it is thats hella fast.

    The SUM of all download speeds is equal or LESS THAN the sum of all upload speeds for a torrent. Little wonder that might apply to you at least occassionally.

    Resolve the firewall/router issues, and your download speeds will no doubt be better.

    You MAY even have to use a different ip port range for BitTorrent if your ISP blocks/restricts that range.

    That&#39;s not speed, 22Mb is the network connection.

    You&#39;ll have to find the guide to your router, but usally you access the router via your web browser with an address like http://192.168.1.254/ then it asks for user and password which tends to be "admin" and "Password",

    this guide https://filesharingtalk.com/index.php...pic=87045&st=0 is for a linksys router but most are similar to this.
