Thread: Capturing Streaming Media

    okay I know this is possible, I read it hear ages ago, but can't find it again!

    What I want to do is capture a cartoon series which my kids watch on BBCi, it's streamed media with no save option, anyone remember how to do this, I vaguely remember it had something do with cache file, or then again maybe not lol

    can you give me the link that has the video?

    offhand i'd say notepad for quicktime, StreamBox!VCR or ASFRecorder for other formats.

    ok I follow you so far, kind of, maybe I'm just dense but I still have no idea how to capture these files so I can burn them to vcd or dvd

    well you can just right click those links and save to disk, but i have no idea how to convert swf (shockwaveflash) to VCD
