i think cosmetic surgery for sheer vanity purposes is pretty wrong.

but having watched a program about a woman with an rather prolific bump on the bridge of her nose getting cosmetically altered i have to say that it's down to the person.

this lady's nose was REALLY noticeable from the profile view. i'm sure everyone has had a huge spot somewhere on their face and have been mortified at the thought of going to school for example. This lady had to live with something that made her feel ugly, and she had good reason, because it WAS ugly. Apart from this large bump on her nose she was quite attractive for her age.

She got it fixed, but i don't think anyone could hold it against her. the program followed her for a while after the op and the change in her self-confidence was amazing.

Just so you don't confuse my meaning here, the bump wasn't so freakishly large that you'd consider this lady deformed, but it was larger than normal.

I have loads more fews on this subject, but i thought i'd throw this one in. Just finished work and too tired to write more about it.

Personally ( as Nikki would tell you) I hate "Plastic" women, in any shape or form.
Most breast implants look hideous when naked, the breasts end up a weird shape, nipples generally point in odd directions and stretch marks are very aparent.
Plus they don't wobble

My example, Jordan (Katie Price) I've seen pics of her as an 18 y/o model, she was a very pretty girl with a very good body.
She's had a number of implants and now looks like a slag, a weird shaped one at that.

Next is cologen implants , lip enhancement........oh man do those women look stupid, why???.......They end up looking like fish.

My example, Leslie Ash (Dubed by the papers "Cod Face" )
She was also a very atractive woman, pretty face, nothing at all wrong with her and desiered by men all over.
No she's had lip enhancement , the only way to describe her is "Cod Face" , she really does look hideous.

Then we have face lifts......... Garbage Pail kids eat your hearts out.

Cher!........She can't even smile properly now.

As has been said, it's the Hollywood look..........it's also complete bollocks.

Agreeing 100% with Nikki, beauty is not only in the eye of the beholder, but is also on the inside.
Very few people are born naturally beautiful, to the point they walk down the street and people walk into lamp posts (of course this happens to me all the time................walking into lamp posts that is )

A friend has been doubting herself in her looks, she has been very shy and almost ashamed.
Yet will not believe me when I tell her she's a very atractive girl.
Is this the result of Hollywood?

I think I should have breast implants......I would look right sexy then

Whilst i dont mind looking in the porn threads etc, I would take a real women over any of those silicon injected slags any day....honestly, smaller, well shaped breasts are very attractive, as are slightly larger women...Im really not in to stick thin girls, I like them to have a bit of flesh on them, not too much, but substantial enough
