    You can download a free version of invision from their main site (as is being used by this board). You can pay to remove things like copyright and to add functions like IP chat and other things. You can also pay for installation.

    I don't believe they would go through that much trouble to get a board removed.

    They will probally contact you with a nice little letter from their lawyers requesting that you take the board down.

    True, true. They are, however very aggressive with non-branded licenses being illegally used - so much so that they admit finding non-branded boards and harassing them.
