Regsupreme its shareware if you are not able to get a crack or full version from somewhere go to klitetools.com and get RegCleaner ( freeware) from the same author.

The referer checking makes it impossible to resume download.. I have to delete the files and start again
And what's more annoying is that my ISP's proxy caches the error-forbidden page so I will have to use some other proxy to get them .
