Vcd & S-vcd ! How ?

I have bought a new DVD player which supports DVD,DVD-R,DVD-RW,CD-R,CD-RW,MP3,Kodak Photo CDs (Jpeg,BMP, .. etc),VCD, SVCD ...

I have ripped a DVD and want to make a VCD (or S-VCD), but how ??

I preferr kvcd as you can fit the whole movie on one cdr
